Safety

Automation gets accounts
banned. This is built
not to.

Instagram has no official API for engaging with other people's Stories. Anything that does this drives a real browser, and a real browser can be detected. So the controls below are the product, not a footnote to it.

Isolation

Every account looks like
a different person.

Most tools run every customer through a shared pool of datacenter IPs from one browser image. That is the pattern platforms look for. EngageMate gives each connected account its own dedicated residential lease, matched to where that account actually logs in, plus its own Chrome profile and a fingerprint that stays put.

A fingerprint that changes between sessions is as suspicious as a shared one. The point is not to look new every time. The point is to look like the same ordinary person on the same ordinary machine, every time.

Warm-up

A new account starts slow.

An account that connects today and sends thirty actions tomorrow is asking to be flagged. Every account climbs the same ramp from the day you launch it, and no setting skips it. Your daily cap is always the lowest of the warm-up stage, your plan ceiling, and the limits you configured.

Circuit breaker

It stops before you would.

The worker watches for resistance and reacts on its own. You do not have to be watching, and you do not have to be the one who notices.

active

Running inside today's cap on its own schedule.

degraded

Recent runs hit resistance. The worker holds back on its own before anything escalates.

paused

A challenge, checkpoint, or login signal appeared. Every action stops until you reconnect.

An account holding itself back. Demo data.

Every health event is written down with what triggered it. When an account pauses you get the reason, not a spinner.

A paused account sends nothing at all until you reconnect it. It does not quietly retry.

Credentials

We never ask for your password.

A session, not a login

A Chrome extension captures the session from a browser you are already signed into. No password is entered into EngageMate, and none is stored.

Encrypted at rest

The session is sealed to one account. A run loads its context and checks that every row belongs to the same tenant before anything is decrypted.

Yours to revoke

Log out on Instagram and the session dies. Nothing survives it on our side, and the worker stops rather than retrying.

What we will not claim

No design can guarantee that Instagram will not restrict an automated account.

These controls exist to make that outcome unlikely and to stop immediately at the first sign of trouble. Anyone who tells you their tool is guaranteed safe is either not measuring or not telling you. Start with one account, watch it for a week, and add the next one once you believe it.

Start with one account. Watch it for a week.

Free to sign up, connect, and set its voice. Pick a plan when you want it to run.
